Ready to join a community of like-minded individuals? Every one of our workouts is suitable for all fitness levels, but we do recommend checking out the tips below before your first session.
BEFORE THE WORKOUT
Fuel your body with a light snack 30 minutes before working out, but try to avoid anything too heavy.
Drink plenty of water, you can never be too hydrated.
Wear clothing that’s comfortable, we’ve got the rest covered.
Bring a bottle of water (which you can refill at the studio). No need to bring a towel – we offer a complimentary towel service.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session, so we can introduce you to our instructors and give you an overview of what to expect.
Parking is highly accessible at 7TH AVE. We have all day parking on Malvern Rd. 2HR & 4HR public parking is directly behind the studio on Essex Street (up to 30 spots) as well as 1 HR parking on High Street.

DURING THE WORKOUT
Give it your all! The instructors love it when you give it 100%. Your instructor is there to help, so just ask if there’s anything you’re unsure of.
Don’t forget to drink plenty of water, breathe and most importantly have fun!
AFTER THE WORKOUT
Stretch to wind the muscles down. This is part of the regime and is essential for your body’s recovery process.
